I opted Byju tablet learning program for 3 years. Their employees made false promises to us about the refund and online class. They told us to deposit 5000rs. On site , rest made emi from Avanse. My children didnt liked their way of teaching , they r giving just recorded lectures and all their promises were fake(No online classes). No one listens to u , no attention for child. They didn't clearled any doubts also tablet didn't had my son syllabus. We told them to cancel our trial as they were not upto their promises. They delayed time and didn't respond. After then they'r now refusing to cancel our course and saying us that ur 15 days trial is over. They'r not make our refund. Avanse people are threatening us for emi. We are very upset. They'r fraud of this modern society. Harassing innocent parents who think gud for their children. Byjus is completely fraud company.
